Not just another gym

We opened Sanctuary with the simple aim of wanting to help ordinary people understand how to look after their health and still live a normal life.

Training

With unlimited class access and every class being led by an experienced PT, we offer a diverse training mix of strength and cardio to improve your whole fitness.

Diet

We can provide personalised goal setting, nutritional education to improve your health and well-being as well as advice on eating habits and portion control.

Accountability

Let our PTs hold you accountable with training support, diet monitoring and guidance, exercise and daily activity tracking as well as sleep and hydration advice.

Community

Eastwood

10 Session Pass

Our 10 session pass is a great option if you can only make it to the gym once or twice a week. Whether you’re looking for weight based sessions or more cardio based sessions, choose from any of our classes across our full weekly timetable.

Full Membership

This membership includes unlimited classes across our full timetable as well as monthly member meetings for a chance for you to pop in one to one with our PTs. We can discuss any goals you may have, take measurements and weight to help you track progress as well as helping you with calorie counting.

Accountability Membership

This membership option includes the unlimited PT led classes across our full timetable as well as our in-depth member meetings where we can assess your goals and how best to achieve them. Our Accountability Membership allow offers a dedicated online coach to track you throughout which includes daily check-ins, weekly video reviews and personalised support.

Our Accountability trial allows you to benefit from an in-depth introduction to help you decide whether our gym is the right fit for you - with no obligation to sign up afterward, the choice is yours!

Our 4 week trial includes everything within our Full Membership.
