Our Eastwood Classes
Metcon
The Metcon program is designed to improve strength, endurance and cardiovascular function through the use of a variety of exercises including resistance, body weight and functional movements. The high intensity approach of the sessions always result in a high calorie burn and the numerous formats used help keep the workouts interesting.
Skulpt
Our core weightlifting program where we focus on building solid technique, muscle and strength. Our expert programming that’s easy to follow along with will allow you to increase your strength and power.
Bootcamp
These sessions can be anything from high intensity circuits or plyometrics, to olympic lifting. We give creative license to our skilled team of trainers and allow them to run some fun and interesting sessions to keep the timetable fresh and challenge your body in different ways.
Athelite
In this session we use exercises commonly used by athletes to train balance, co-ordination, speed and power.
Strength
Strongman meets Sanctuary, lift like Thor and Eddie in our Sunday session. Within our Strength sessions we teach form and technique as well as challenging our members with some awesome heavy lifting.
