We opened Sanctuary with the simple aim of wanting to help ordinary people understand how to look after their health and still live a normal life.

With unlimited class access and every class being led by an experienced PT, we offer a diverse training mix of strength and cardio to improve your whole fitness.
Diet
We can provide personalised goal setting, nutritional education to improve your health and well-being as well as advice on eating habits and portion control.
Accountability
Let our PTs hold you accountable with training support, diet monitoring and guidance, exercise and daily activity tracking as well as sleep and hydration advice.

10 Session Pass
Our 10-session pass is ideal for busy individuals who can only visit the gym once or twice a week. Enjoy access to all our classes, making each visit effective and enjoyable. This pass offers a convenient and cost-effective way to maintain fitness, achieve goals, and stay active.
Full Membership
Enjoy unlimited small group personal training sessions throughout our entire timetable, along with access to our open gym sessions for independent workouts.
Additionally, take advantage of exclusive monthly member meetings for one-on-one sessions with our expert personal trainers. We'll discuss your goals, track your progress with measurements and weight checks, and provide support with calorie counting and nutrition advice.
Accountability Membership
With our Accountability Membership, you can enjoy unlimited group personal training sessions across our entire timetable and access to our open gym sessions for additional independent workouts.
A dedicated online coach will track your progress every step of the way, offering daily check-ins, weekly video reviews, and personalised support. This constant support system helps you address challenges, celebrate successes, and stay on track.
