Our Classes

Metcon

The Metcon program is designed to improve strength, endurance and cardiovascular function through the use of a variety of exercises including resistance, body weight and functional movements. The high intensity approach of the sessions always result in a high calorie burn and the numerous formats used help keep the workouts interesting.

What are the benefits of Metcon? Our Metcon classes are designed to enhance your stamina, improves your heart health, increases your lung capacity, and can boost your overall endurance.

Skulpt

Our core weightlifting program where we focus on building solid technique, muscle and strength. Our expert programming that’s easy to follow along with will allow you to increase your strength and power.

What are the benefits of Skulpt? Our Skulpt sessions are designed to help build muscle mass, enhances bone density, and increase your overall strength.

Bootcamp

These sessions can be anything from higher intensity circuits to Olympic lifting. We give creative license to our skilled team of trainers and allow them to run some fun and interesting sessions to keep the timetable fresh and challenge your body in different ways.

What are the benefits of Bootcamp? Similar to our Metcon classes, our Bootcamp sessions are designed to enhance your stamina, improve your heart health and lung capacity, and give a boost to your overall endurance.

Athelite

In this session we use exercises commonly used by athletes to train balance, co-ordination, speed and power.

What are the benefits of Athelite? Our Athelite sessions are designed to enhance your physical fitness, help improve cardiovascular health, improve muscle tone and strength, increase your flexibility and mobility and help boost your energy levels.

Strength

Strongman meets Sanctuary, lift like Thor and Eddie in our Sunday session. Within our Strength sessions we teach form and technique as well as challenging our members with some awesome heavy lifting.

What are the benefits of Strength? Similar to Skulpt, our Strength sessions are designed to help build muscle mass and increase your overall strength.

Open Gym

Open gym allows you to work out on your own schedule with full access* to all our strength and conditioning equipment. Whether practicing techniques or squeezing in an extra workout, benefit from a variety of weights, machines, and functional areas to meet your goals.

*Full access is available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. On Tuesday and Thursday, access is limited to our weightlifting areas only.
