Not just another gym
We opened Sanctuary with the simple aim of wanting to help ordinary people understand how to look after their health and still live a normal life.
Training
With unlimited class access and every class being led by an experienced PT, we offer a diverse training mix of strength and cardio to improve your whole fitness.
Diet
We can provide personalised goal setting, nutritional education to improve your health and well-being as well as advice on eating habits and portion control.
Accountability
Let our PTs hold you accountable with training support, diet monitoring and guidance, exercise and daily activity tracking as well as sleep and hydration advice.
Community
We have diverse group of members that will help and support your journey. Benefit from online access to a fun and engaging private members group.

For most people:
2–3 sessions per week = great progress
3–4 sessions per week = faster results (if recovery is managed well)
We’ll help you build consistency first, then progress from there.
