Hybrid
Our Hybrid program will consist of a variety of different training styles. From Olympic lifting and it’s many different variations, basic and advanced strength training strategies, the fundamentals of body movement to body building type exercises.
What are the benefits of Hybrid? With a mix of functional exercises and traditional strength training, our Hybrid class will not only improve your fitness performance and body composition but also improve your daily movement ability and overall quality of life.
Metcon
The Metcon program is crafted to enhance strength, endurance, and cardiovascular function through a diverse range of exercises, including resistance training, bodyweight exercises, and functional movements. Its higher intensity approach ensures a significant calorie burn every session, while the variety of workout formats keeps each session engaging and dynamic.
What are the benefits of Metcon? Our Metcon classes are designed to enhance your stamina, improves your heart health, increases your lung capacity, and can boost your overall endurance.
Bootcamp
These sessions can be anything from higher intensity circuits or plyometrics, to olympic lifting. We give creative license to our skilled team of trainers and allow them to run some fun and interesting sessions to keep the timetable fresh and challenge your body in different ways.
What are the benefits of Bootcamp? Similar to our Metcon classes, our Bootcamp sessions are designed to enhance your stamina, improve your heart health and lung capacity, and give a boost to your overall endurance.
